The most popular way of paying for our services is through our flexible payment plans. This means you get a block of our time to be used to cover your IT requirements.


 		    
Flexible payment
By purchasing a block of hours in advance through our flexible payment model you can make substantial savings.
These hours can be used as and when you desire, however, we recommend some of them are used for preventative maintenance visits.*
If you require more than 16 hours please contact us and we will be happy to quote for the package you need.
4 hours $360.00 + tax.
additional hours charged at $90.00 + tax per hour.
8 hours $680 + tax.
additional hours charged at $85.00 + tax per hour.
16 hours $1200 + tax.
additional hours charged at $75.00 + tax per hour.
 
* Blocks must be used within 1 year of purchase.


 
 Fixed price contract payment
For fixed price contract support services, a  on-site consultation is normally the most effective way of costing work. For more information on our support contracts please click here.


 
 Incident payment

We can offer support on a single call basis. Our standard charge is $125 + tax per hour. This rate is subject to change depending on type of work being undertaken and site distance.
